Rainer Adlhart is a member of the corporate finance team, advising private equity sponsors, corporates, debt funds, and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions, with particular expertise in US capital markets, private debt, and venture capital.

Mr. Adlhart advises on:

  • Tender offers, consent solicitations, and other liability management transactions

Mr. Adlhart also advises borrowers and lenders on syndicated credit, acquisition finance, direct lending, and leveraged finance transactions. He regularly acts for founders, high-growth companies, and investors in initial- through late-stage venture capital financings.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Adlhart worked at other international law firms in London and New York.
