Women Enriching Business (WEB)

For more than a decade, our Women Enriching Business (WEB) Committee has focused on addressing the business challenges and opportunities unique to women lawyers and current and prospective women clients. The core of WEB’s mission is to promote the long-term success of women lawyers and executives around the globe. WEB is a powerful network that is open to all Latham lawyers and clients and is focused on three objectives: strengthening client relationships, amplifying talent, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the legal profession.

Strengthening client relationships: Building strong client relationships remains an essential tenet of WEB's mission. Specifically, WEB provides programming and support to address the unique needs and interests of our women lawyers and clients through numerous networking and professional development opportunities.

Amplifying talent: WEB celebrates the diversity of legal talent (at our firm and beyond) by spotlighting notable achievements and experiences of our lawyers and clients.

Advancing DEI in the legal profession: WEB joins efforts by our clients and others in our community to advance DEI in the legal profession.

WEB's Financial Analysis Program

The multiday program, hosted at a prominent university, provides an introduction to corporate financial reporting, financial statement analysis, and corporate valuation, through practical, hands-on application.
