He has also practiced in structured finance, banking, and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Mr Laohaphan heads Latham’s Thailand practice out of the firms Hong Kong office. Recognized as a market-leader among international law firms, Mr. Laohaphan and the team provide innovative and practical solutions supported by an acute understanding of the geopolitical and cultural intricacies involved in deals for Thai clients and international clients in Thailand.
