    Mr. Lozano’s experience includes advising:

    • The controlling shareholders of Opdenergy in connection with the €866 million takeover bid launched by funds advised by Antin Infrastructure Partners and their subsequent reinvestment in the offeror
    • H2B2 Electrolysis Technologies, a Spain-based green hydrogen platform that provides solutions across the hydrogen value chain, on its business combination with RMG Acquisition Corp. III
    • CVC on its €1.994 billion investment in LaLiga, Spain’s professional football league
    • Permira on acquiring a majority stake in Engel & Völkers, a leading property brokerage platform
    • X-Elio Energy on selling a portfolio of 13 photovoltaic power plants to China Three Gorges 
    • Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) on the €2.8 billion all-cash voluntary friendly tender offer by SIX Group, the Swiss financial markets infrastructure operator
    • A leading international bank on acquiring a portfolio of 15 mortgage loans granted by Banco Sabadell
    • Orange on acquiring mobile virtual network operator Suma Operador de Telecomunicaciones by exercising a right of first refusal
    • Cerberus on acquiring 80% of BBVA’s real estate business
