Paris team advises the early-stage venture capital firm in the largest seed financing in France to date.
Latham & Watkins has advised FirstMark Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York, in connection with its participation in the US$220 million seed financing round of H (formerly known as Holistic AI), just a few months after the company’s inception.
The startup is building generative AI powered action models applicable to businesses globally to boost the productivity of workers.
The Latham team was led by Paris corporate partner Pierre-Louis Cléro and counsel Xavier Nassoy.
