Latham Advises KKR on Strategic Partnership with Encavis AG

Firm represents KKR in the voluntary public takeover offer.

Latham & Watkins has advised KKR in connection with its strategic partnership with Encavis AG — an independent power producer with solar parks and onshore wind farms in twelve European countries. As part of the strategic partnership, a voluntary public takeover offer to the shareholders of Encavis AG will be launched. The voluntary public takeover offer is subject to customary offer conditions.
