Latham & Watkins has advised TeamSystem, a leading provider of business management software solutions in Italy, and its sponsor Hellman & Friedman, on the issuance and private placement of €195 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2030.
The Latham team was led by US corporate partners Jeff Lawlis and Paolo Bernasconi with associates Michele Vangelisti and Edoardo Picchi.
