Latham Advises Tencent on Its €36 Million Subscription of New Shares Issued by DON'T NOD

A Paris team represented the internet and technology company in the capital raise.
Latham & Watkins has advised Tencent, a world-leading internet and technology company, on its subscription of €36 million of new shares issued by DON’T NOD, an independent French studio that creates, develops, and publishes video games.
On February 17, 2023, DON’T NOD announced the successful completion of the share capital increase of a total amount of approximately €45.2 million, through an accelerated book-building process for a specified category of investors.
The Latham team was led by partners Roberto L. Reyes Gaskin and Pierre-Louis Cléro, with associate Pauline Le Faou.
