Latham & Watkins Advises Simon® in Strategic Partnership With Jamestown

A cross-border multidisciplinary deal team represents the real estate investment trust in the transaction. 

Jamestown, a global real estate investment and management firm with a 39-year track record and over US$13 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2022, and Simon®, a real estate investment trust engaged in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment, and mixed-use destinations, have announced a strategic partnership, currently anticipated to close prior to the end of 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
