Julian Kleindorfer is Global Co-Chair of Latham & Watkins' REIT Industry Group. He primarily advises on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general company representation. Mr. Kleindorfer brings significant experience to transactions in the real estate, hospitality, and gaming industries, including:
