IP Litigation Scholars Program

The Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Scholars Program gives enterprising US law students a chance to join an all-star team of skilled attorneys focused primarily on complex patent trials, appeals, IPR/CBMs, and related business counseling. Our IP Litigation Practice is part of a Latham litigation department committed to diversity and inclusivity, as recognized by The American Lawyer following a year of impressive trial and arbitration victories, several of which were secured by women in first-chair roles.

As an IP Litigation Scholar, you will work closely with our full courtroom-tested team of trial lawyers, technical analysts, and paralegals on high-stakes matters in key patent venues and involving cutting-edge technologies.

IP Litigation Scholars Program applications will be accepted in our Austin, Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Washington, D.C. offices. Sign up to be notified when 2024 applications open.
