Todd Gleason is an experienced corporate attorney who advises strategic buyers and sellers and private equity and growth equity firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, governance matters, and other strategic corporate and commercial transactions.

Mr. Gleason advises companies throughout all stages of the business cycle, including emerging and developing companies, established private middle-market companies, and publicly held companies. He frequently serves clients with respect to:
