Rick Zbur retired from the partnership in June 2014. He was a member of the Los Angeles office’s Environment, Land and Resources Department. Mr. Zbur’s environmental law experience has focused specifically on:

- Governmental law
- Land use
- Transportation issues
Mr. Zbur led the firm’s extensive practice before the California Coastal Commission. He handled numerous matters before federal, state and regional regulatory agencies. He also had extensive expertise advising project developers on compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the California Environmental Quality Act, and air, water quality and transportation regulations.
