Raquel Kellert represents companies, boards, and executives in criminal, civil, and regulatory enforcement matters involving the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, and other government agencies. She also defends entities and individuals in civil litigation and arbitration. 

She brings extensive experience conducting internal investigations and counseling board committees and senior management on accounting irregularities, commercial bribery, cybersecurity incidents, honest services fraud, employee misconduct, securities fraud, insider trading, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and False Claims Act.

Raquel also regularly authors and contributes to publications focusing on white collar enforcement, internal investigations, and employment law.
