Nigel Campion-Smith retired from the partnership in December 2014 after becoming a partner in Latham & Watkins' London office in April 2000. He was an English solicitor who has practised English corporate and financial services law since qualifying in 1978, acting for many large clients on domestic and international transactions.

Mr. Campion-Smith has advised on a wide range of M&A transactions for UK and international clients, joint ventures, IPOs and the formation of investment funds, and representation of private equity investors and portfolio companies.
