Michael Sturrock retired from the partnership in December 2023. He advised clients on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions and served as the Managing Partner of Latham's Asia offices prior to retiring.
Mr. Sturrock represented both issuers and underwriters in corporate financings and both buyers and sellers in public and private merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Sturrock has extensive experience in Asia having advised on more than 300 completed financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions in the region. He was consistently recognized as one of the region's leading lawyers for M&A and capital markets by Chambers Asia-Pacific, Legal 500, IFLR, and Who's Who Legal.
