Michael Sturrock, Managing Partner of Latham’s Asia offices, advises clients on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Sturrock represents both issuers and underwriters in corporate financings and both buyers and sellers in public and private merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Sturrock has extensive experience in Asia having advised on more than 300 completed financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions in the region. He is consistently recognized as one of the region's leading lawyers for M&A and capital markets by Chambers Asia-Pacific, Legal 500, IFLR, and Who's Who Legal.
