Matthew Green

Matthew Green is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Green earned his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He served as a law clerk with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as a judicial extern for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as a law clerk for the University of Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel, and as an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Green worked in private equity and real estate.
