Linda Schilling

Linda Schilling retired from the partnership in June 2015. Ms. Schilling was a partner in the Litigation and Environment, Land & Resources Departments with broad experience in complex commercial and environmental litigation, with substantial expertise in disputes involving real property development, operations and contamination and related insurance coverage and cost recovery claims.

Ms. Schilling successfully prosecuted and defended high-stakes, multi-party toxic tort lawsuits concerning indoor air and groundwater contamination, construction, engineering and design disputes and other complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Schilling also provided pro bono legal assistance to clients throughout her extensive career for, among others, the Family Violence Project, the Public Law Center, Human Options and Orange County's other domestic violence shelters. Ms. Schilling is on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Human Options.

Ms. Schilling formerly served as Co-chair of the Firm's Mentoring Committee, as well as on the Associates, Pro Bono and Ethics Committees.
