Giulia Franzoso is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department and Capital Markets Practice.

Ms. Franzoso advises on a wide range of capital markets and corporate finance matters, as well as general corporate and securities law matters.

Ms. Franzoso represents issuers, investment banks, and private equity firms on a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, and leveraged buyouts. She also advises on securities and stock exchange rules, as well as on public company governance and reporting.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Franzoso was a trainee solicitor in Latham’s New York and Milan offices. She also interned at a leading Chinese law firm and was a Delegate to the 49th Session of UNCITRAL Working Group IV.

While earning her LL.M. from Columbia Law School, Ms. Franzoso served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Columbia Society of International Law.
