Farhana Sharmeen is a partner in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Singapore office and heads the firm’s Singapore law practice. Ms. Sharmeen primarily handles corporate (mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, and debt capital markets) and finance (acquisition finance, structured finance, and leveraged finance) transactions.
