Before joining Latham, Mr. Wright was a partner at another global law firm, where he served on the Executive Committee.

  • Charter Communications on its acquisition of Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse Networks*
  • HCA on its leveraged buyout*
  • Aramark on its leveraged buyout* 
  • The dealer managers in a US$38 billion private debt exchange offer by GMAC and certain of its subsidiaries, marking the largest private debt exchange offer to date*
