Annette Sciallo oversees the firm’s global benefits and overall well-being strategy.

In her more than two decades at Latham, Ms. Sciallo has been a driving force behind the firm’s significant investment in programming and resources that foster well-being. In 2010, she and her team launched LiveWell Latham, the firm’s global health and well-being program, which has evolved into a comprehensive platform that supports the physical, mental, and financial health of Latham lawyers and staff.

Ms. Sciallo was an early vocal and visible advocate for focusing on mental health. By starting with programming that introduced the importance of resilience and mindfulness, she and her team created a runway for implementing a multipronged approach to foster mental health literacy at all levels of the firm and ensure easy access to high-quality care.

In 2018, under Ms. Sciallo’s leadership, Latham was a first adopter of the American Bar Association’s Well-Being Pledge, which hundreds of firms, law schools, and corporations have since joined. In 2021, Latham stepped forward as an Inaugural Founding Champion of the Institute for Well-Being in Law, and Ms. Sciallo serves on its Advisory Board.
