Ali Haggerty advises issuers and investment banking firms in capital markets transactions, with a focus on initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and convertible debt offerings in growth industries.

Ms. Haggerty serves a mix of companies and financial institutions in connection with complex equity and debt securities offerings. She brings particular experience handling capital markets transactions on behalf of all of the major US investment banks and leading innovators in technology, healthcare and life sciences, and retail and consumer products.
