Latham & Watkins Advises Whistler Pipeline on Its US$1.85 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Austin-based team advises on the natural gas pipeline company’s inaugural offering.

Whistler Pipeline LLC (Whistler) has announced that it priced an offering of US$1.85 billion aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes, consisting of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% senior notes due 2029, US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.700% senior notes due 2031, US$825 million aggregate principal amount of 5.950% senior notes due 2034, and US$125 million aggregate principal amount of 6.350% senior notes due 2044. The offering is expected to close on August 5, 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
