Latham & Watkins Advises on Refinancing for United Pacific

Firm represents the lead arranger and lenders in the refinancing for the gas station and convenience store operator.

Latham & Watkins represented the lead arranger and lenders in the refinancing of United Pacific’s senior secured credit facilities with a team led by banking partner Jesse Sheff, with associates Daniel Ovadia and Jack Klein.
