Latham & Watkins Advises Clarity Innovations in Combination With Chameleon Consulting Group

Firm represents the national security software and cyber engineering platform in creating a next-generation systems and cyberspace leader.

Clarity Innovations (Clarity), a National Security software, data, and cyber engineering platform, and Chameleon Consulting Group (CCG), a provider of full spectrum cyber operations solutions and services, announced they have combined to form a leading provider of systems and cyberspace products and services to the US Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Clarity, a portfolio company of Capitol Meridian Partners (CMP), combined with CCG to enhance their offerings in the defense and intelligence sectors. The transaction was supported by equity from Capitol Meridian Fund I, L.P. and its affiliates, with significant contributions from the management teams of both companies. The terms of the transaction, which was completed on June 3, 2024, were not disclosed.
