Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures and Redalpine Capital as lead investors on the £10.2 million Series Seed funding round of ExpressionEdits, a biotechnology company optimizing protein expression using AI and proprietary intronization technology.
The round was led by Octopus Ventures and Redalpine, with participation from BlueYard Capital, Wilbe Capital, Acequia Capital, Amino Collective, and Hawktail.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Venice Ma.
