Partners Jamie Wine and BJ Trach Named Leading Commercial Litigators

California’s legal newspaper of record, the Daily Journal, named New York partner Jamie Wine and Boston partner BJ Trach to its 2024 Leading Commercial Litigators list. The list spotlights premier litigators from across the US whose work has had a significant impact in California and nationally.

Wine is an accomplished trial lawyer who has tried and arbitrated a wide variety of complex commercial, securities, environmental, and pharmaceutical cases. She was recognized by the Daily Journal for leading Latham teams to decisive victories including: representing Chess.com in a high-profile cheating scandal, representing US Soccer in a closely watched equal-pay lawsuit, and representing multiple clients in post-M&A dispute arbitrations.

Trach is a nationally recognized litigator and former federal prosecutor who represents institutional and individual clients in complex criminal and civil litigation, including white collar matters, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation. He was honored for successfully leading multiple trial teams in the past year, handling sensitive investigations and enforcement proceedings, and achieving positive outcomes for clients in expedited, bet-the-company matters.
