Latham & Watkins has advised Robin AI, a platform providing AI-based contract management services, on its US$26 million Series B funding round.
The round was led by Temasek, with participation from QuantumLight, Plural, and AFG Partners.
Latham previously advised Robin AI on its Series Seed and Series A funding rounds.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Venice Ma.
