The Hollywood Reporter Spotlights Latham Partners in “Dealmakers of the Year” Feature

New York corporate partner Justin Hamill, Global Chair of Latham’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, and Century City corporate partner Rick Offsay, Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice, were included among a select group of 35 attorneys, bankers, reps, and other advisors honored by The Hollywood Reporter in its annual “Dealmakers of the Year” report. The pair was called out for being “M&A’s heavy muscle,” and for their role advising on some of the year’s “major mega-deals” including representing Endeavor in the UFC-WWE merger, which was announced in March 2023.

The duo’s work on a range of other high-profile transactions was also highlighted, including their representation of Skydance in its joint venture with the NFL to expand Skydance Sports, and Mediawan in its partnership with Brad Pitt’s Plan B Entertainment to create a global production platform.
