Latham & Watkins Advises The Bresky Group in Seaboard Corporation Share Repurchase

Corporate deal team represented Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Seaboard and other affiliated entities of the Bresky family.
Seaboard Corporation (NYSE AMERICAN: SEB) announced that it has repurchased 189,724 shares of its common stock for an aggregate purchase price of US$600,002,150 from entities affiliated with Ellen S. Bresky, the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Seaboard, and other members of the Bresky family, in a privately negotiated transaction. The repurchased shares will be retired. Seaboard’s repurchase transaction closed on October 10, 2023.
