Intuitive Machines, Inc. (Nasdaq: LUNR), a leading space exploration, infrastructure, and services company, has announced it has entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement for the issuance and sale of stock and warrants in exchange for an equity investment.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Intuitive Machines with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner Nick Dhesi and New York partner John Slater, with associates Bryan Ryan, Brent Wagner and Justin Reinking. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partners Tim Fenn and Jared Grimley, with associate Christine Mainguy.
The firm also previously advised Intuitive Machines on its business combination with Inflection Point Acquisition Corp.
