Asia Healthcare Acquisition Named Private Equity Deal of the Year

Latham & Watkins advised Quadria Capital, one of Asia’s largest healthcare-focused private equity firms, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Straits Orthopaedics, which was named Private Equity Deal of the Year at the 31st Annual Singapore Venture & Private Capital Association (SVCA) Awards.

The deal team was led by Singapore corporate partner Marcus Lee, and included associates Tommy Tan, Yiheng Luo, and Shi Cheng Chong.

Organized by SVCA, the Annual Awards celebrate the achievements of outstanding players within the private equity and venture capital industry, recognizing the success of and value created through their portfolio investments.
