Latham Named to Seramount’s 2023 Best Law Firms for Women & Diversity

Seramount recognized Latham as one of the Best Law Firms for Women & Diversity for the 15th year in a row. The report praises firms that “utilize best practices in recruiting, retaining, promoting, and developing women lawyers and other lawyers from underrepresented groups, including people of color.” Latham’s Women’s Leadership Academies, Diversity Leadership Academies, and WEB Financial Analysis Program are all initiatives that continue to support the advancement of underrepresented talent into leadership roles. Firms named to the list have achieved certain levels of representation of female lawyers and lawyers of color, developed mentorship programs, and invested in succession planning at the firm. Latham also remains on the company’s Hall of Fame for having earned a place on the list for over 10 years.
