Madrid Associate Honored at WeAreTheCity Rising Star Awards 2023

Madrid associate Blanca Vázquez de Castro has been recognized in the Global Award for Achievement category at WeAreTheCity’s Rising Star Awards 2023. Now in its ninth year, the awards program celebrates the next generation of women future leaders and individuals championing gender equality.

WeAreTheCity praised Vázquez de Castro for developing various initiatives to support the recruitment, retention, and promotion of individuals with diverse backgrounds and perspectives, highlighting her role in Latham’s Diversity Leadership Committee, Hispanic and Latin American Lawyers Group, and Women Lawyers Group.

WeAreTheCity also shortlisted London associate Leah Adeniran in the Rising Stars in Law category in recognition of her strong M&A practice and position as Co-Chair of Latham’s Black Lawyers Group in London.
