Financial News has named Latham partners Tobias Larisch and Steve Curtis to its Top 10 M&A and Finance Lawyers list, according to data from Mergerlinks. The list ranks 10 individuals in Europe last year by deal value.
Tobias Larisch is Latham’s Deputy Office Managing Partner in Germany and advises leading global companies and investors in the energy and infrastructure sectors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. His recent work includes advising Global Infrastructure Partners and KKR, two of the world’s leading infrastructure investors, on a multi-billion strategic co-control partnership with Vodafone to invest in Vantage Towers.
Steve Curtis is a leading finance partner in the London office and a member of the Structured Finance Practice, specialising in structured debt/securitization financings across all major asset classes. His recent work includes advising Energy Capital Partners on its £1.3 billion acquisition of Biffa plc, a leading UK nationwide integrated waste management business.
