Latham & Watkins Advises Milan Laser in Strategic Investment From Sixth Street and Wildcat Capital Management

Members of the firm’s Private Equity Practice represent Milan Laser and existing investor Leonard Green & Partners in the transaction.
Milan Laser Hair Removal, the nation's largest laser hair removal provider, has announced new strategic growth equity investments from Sixth Street, a leading global investment firm, and Wildcat Capital Management. Existing investor, Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. (LGP), along with the co-founders, will retain a majority interest in the company. The investment will support the acceleration of clinic expansion, marketing, and business development.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Milan Laser and LGP in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Century City partners Jason Silvera, Caitlin O’Brien, and Jordan Miller, with associates Ariel Gershoig and Tim Day.
