Latham & Watkins Advises Dbt Labs in Definitive Agreement To Acquire Transform Data

dbt Labs, a pioneer in analytics engineering, has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Transform Data Inc., the innovators behind the modern data stack's semantic layer founded by former Airbnb data scientists. The acquisition will accelerate development of the dbt Semantic Layer, providing greater flexibility to organizations of all sizes seeking metric consistency across their stack.
