Real Deals has recognized London partner Paul Davies on its Future 40 list of top ESG innovators.
Davies is the Global Co-Chair of Latham’s ESG Practice and has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s global practice, a team of market-leading transactional, disputes, and regulatory lawyers who help companies take advantage of ESG opportunities, manage ESG risks, and develop ESG strategies regardless of their industry, size, location, or situation.
Real Deals commended Davies in particular for advising many of the world’s leading PE houses on ESG risk and strategies, partnering with key industry associations to drive change, and developing innovative tools, including collaborating with Landmark to further develop RiskHorizon, a software tool to assess ESG risks in the due diligence process.
