Latham & Watkins Advises Graham Partners on Single Asset Continuation Fund With OptConnect

Graham Partners, a private investment firm targeting technology-driven advanced manufacturing companies, has announced the sale of its holdings in OptConnect, LLC (OptConnect) to a single-asset continuation fund managed by Graham Partners.

Latham & Watkins LLP served as both fund and deal counsel to Graham Partners on the transaction. The Investment Funds team was led by New York partners Andrea Schwartzman, Edward Nelson, and Oliver Prakash-Jenkins, with associates Matthew Wynne, Jonathan Kashani, and Micaela Lucero, and the M&A team was led by New York partner Jane Greyf, with associate Jennifer Wong.
