Latham & Watkins Advises Antares on Financing To Support Summit Partners’ Growth Equity Investment in 48forty Solutions

48forty Solutions, a leading national provider of recycled wood pallets and related total pallet management services, announced that global growth equity investor Summit Partners has made a significant investment in the Company. Summit joins existing investor Audax Private Equity as an equal partner in the business, with 48forty’s management team retaining meaningful ownership.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Antares Capital in arranging a unitranche credit facility to support the transaction with a finance team led by Chicago partner Brandon Anderson and Chicago counsel Colin O’Regan, with Chicago associate Robert Rogowski. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Bora Bozkurt, with New York associate Aaron Bernstein; and on corporate matters by Chicago partner Zachary Judd, with Chicago associate Jonathan Sarna.
