Al-Sudairi in cooperation with Latham & Watkins has been named Banking & Finance Legal Adviser of the Year at GFC Media Group’s (GFC) Capital Markets Saudi Arabia Awards 2022. The publication commended the firm for advising on some of the most innovative and ground-breaking banking and finance deals in Saudi Arabia in 2021.
The Law Office of Salman M. Al-Sudairi and Latham also earned recognition in the Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year category for advising Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions by stc), a wholly-owned subsidiary of stc, on its SAR3.624 billion (US$966.35 million) initial public offering and listing on the main market of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
