Latham & Watkins Advises HUB Cyber Security (Israel) Limited in Its US$1.28 Billion Business Combination With Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp.

A corporate deal team advises the Tel Aviv-based company in the transaction to become a publicly traded company in the United States.

HUB Cyber Security (Israel) Limited (TASE:HUB.TA), a Tel Aviv based developer of Confidential Computing cybersecurity solutions and services, and Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: RNER), a US publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, have announced that they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement. Upon closing of the proposed transaction, the combined company will operate under the “Hub Security” name and is expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol “HUBC.”
