Latham Adds Another Skilled Patent Litigator to Leading IP Litigation Practice
Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that Susan Tull has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as counsel in the Litigation & Trial Department and as a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. She is an intellectual property litigator who represents clients before US District Courts, the US International Trade Commission, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Tull has litigated patent cases on a range of subject matters, including consumer products, medical devices, industrial equipment, automotive technology, and other mechanical and electrical systems. She has extensive experience developing litigation strategies, taking complex discovery, working with technical and damages experts, and crafting summary judgment motions, pre-and post-trial briefs, and appellate briefs.

Tull is another strong recent addition to the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice, following the arrivals of leading life sciences trial lawyers Arlene Chow and Ernest Yakob in New York, as well as Adam Perlman in Washington, D.C.
Tull joins Latham from Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP in Washington, D.C. She earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Duke University Pratt School of Engineering and her JD magna cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
