Human Rights Campaign once again awards Latham highest marks.

Latham & Watkins was thrilled to receive a top score of 100% in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), “the [US] national benchmarking tool measuring policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) employees."

The CEI recognizes those companies whose LGBTQ+-inclusive policies and practices help to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. The firm is very proud to have earned the distinction of being named to the prestigious Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality list each year for over a decade.
