The conference includes topics ranging from renewables, sustainability and ESG, fossil fuels, oil and gas, and nuclear power.
Latham partner and Global Chair of the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure Industry Group, Justin Stolte, will be speaking on the "Macro-Economic and Policy Developments and Their Effect on the Industry" panel. Panelists will discuss the industry’s response to the US Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act. Panelists will also share views on a potential recession and the effect on oil and gas prices and economic growth as well as take a look at recent and upcoming policies and government initiatives for traditional energy sources and renewables.
