Women's Leadership Academy

Our celebrated Women’s Leadership Academies are annual programs for Latham associates and partners (including allies). Attendees participate in workshops on leadership, executive presence, and business development, and leave with stronger networks.

Our Partner Women’s Leadership Academy is attended by partners from around the world, who participate in sessions designed to strengthen networks and advance women in leadership through discussions about career advancement, business development, and leveraging the firm’s platform.

Our Associate Women’s Leadership Academy provides senior associates with concrete tips for professional development, a stronger sense of community, connections, and a deeper understanding of the firm’s commitment to the retention and promotion of our women lawyers.
