Valérie Bouaziz Torron, based in Paris, retired from the partnership in December 2014. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Bouaziz Torron advised and acted for French and international companies, in the banking and finance sector as well as in the industrial sector.
Mrs. Bouaziz Torron specialized in pre-litigation and litigation before courts and arbitral tribunals, alternative dispute resolution, mediation and settlement negotiations.

Valérie Bouaziz Torron focused her practice on civil and commercial law, corporate law, international private law and business relations. She developed a strong practice relating to corporate litigation (post acquisition dispute, shareholders’ agreement, enforcement of warranties…) and contract litigation (particularly in the energy-related and mining sectors, as well as in the information technology sector).

Mrs. Bouaziz Torron was regularly involved in international litigation and arbitration where she had considerable expertise in coordinating proceedings in multiple jurisdictions and in dealing with international conventions on the taking of evidence, blocking statute, international notifications, and also with the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards in France and abroad.
