Richard Meller retired from the partnership in November 2016. His practice focused on public company and emerging company representation, securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and the formation of joint ventures throughout the world in a variety of industries, including energy, transportation, manufacturing, hotel, Internet, travel and entertainment. Mr. Meller’s practice included advising clients on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, both in and out of bankruptcy.
