Mary B. Ruhl retired from the partnership in March 2008. A member of the Los Angeles office, Ms. Ruhl had practiced with the firm since 1977. As a member of the Finance Department, she represented lenders and borrowers in all types of transactions, including acquisition financings, working capital loans, asset-based loans and both single lender and multilender syndicated credits.
At the time of her retirement, Ms. Ruhl was a member of the California and Wisconsin State Bar Associations.
